any prescription medication before coming to see the doctors at Sheely Chiropractic. My normal life was interrupted as I could not do normal duties in the barn. I could not carry water, lift hay, lift feed, or work with the animals.

prescribe muscle relaxers and pain killers for the pain but the problem would always re-occur. My normal life had been interrupted somewhat in that I would sometimes miss work.

I felt considerably better after my first adjustment. Overall, it took 5 to 6 weeks for full recovery. My impression of the general health benefits of chiropractic care and how it has helped me is...I am very much a believer! My regret is that I waited so long. I began chiropractic care with Sheely Chiropractic April 26, 2004. I was experiencing sharp shooting pain in my left hip and down my leg. I couldn't walk without pain. I couldn't sit or even turn over in bed without pain. I cannot take pain

medications--I am 31 weeks pregnant. For most of this pregnancy, I have had this pain come and go. Two weeks ago, it became a constant pain with spikes of pain that would bring me to tears. My OB doctor told me earlier in my pregnancy that, if the pain continued, I should see a chiropractor. I couldn't sleep because it was so painful to move. I could hardly walk or sit.

I was adjusted once a day for five days in a row. (This was the first week.) By the end of the second week, I was walking normally and could be adjusted with little or no pain. I am very pleased with the care that I have received. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to work. If Dr. Sheely would not have been able to see me, I was headed to the ER for shots. months before coming in for care. Before coming to Sheely Chiropractic, I had occasionally taken Motrin 800, Tylenol 3, and initially Percocet for my neck (23 years ago). My normal life was interrupted as I could only sleep on one side. I had constant pain that I was so immune to because it had been going on so long.

After my first adjustment, I had no more pain in my lower back! Major neck relief was felt after the 3rd-4th adjustments; and on the 5th adjustment, a vertebrae that had not moved in approximately 20 years, finally did! What relief! I can now sleep on either side! I don't have near the pain, so I can enjoy playtime with my 2 kids and life in general.
