I began care with Sheely Chiropractic Clinic at the beginning of March 2003. I was experiencing rather severe pain in my lower neck, shoulder, and left arm, as well as numbness in my left hand and fingers. My problems I was experiencing were minor

for a few years, but had been acute for a week before I sought chiropractic care. Previously, I had seen 2 doctors which included internal medicine and a neurosurgeon. They had prescribed narcotics (pain medicine), muscle relaxers, and anti-inflammatory drugs. I was always limited in my ability to work and participate in physically strenuous activities due to my condition, pain, and lack of flexibility.

After treating for approximately one week at Dr. Sheely's office (3-4 visits), it became evident that my condition was improving significantly. Now, my debilitating pain is gone! My flexibility has increased, and I no longer wake up stiff and sore. Dr. Sheely is the first medical practitioner of any sort that has made me feel as though he truly loves what he does and genuinely cares about the physical well-being of his patients and their complete understanding of their condition and how what he has to offer will help them. My activities were severely limited. I wanted to start an exercise program, but it was all I could do to get through a normal work day.

Before care, I was taking Aleve every morning before going to work just to be able to tolerate the pain. I could not move my arm back.

After 1-1/2 months of care, the results of my chiropractic treatment became apparent. I was amazed when Dr. Sheely told me the pain was coming from my neck, not actually something wrong with my arm.
