My chiropractic care at Sheely Chiropractic began on July 6, 2004. I was experiencing neck pain, back pain, leg pain, stabbing pain in my right side, shocking feeling in rib cage, and burning toe. This pain had been a problem for 5 year before I came in for care. I had previously seen four doctors and taken muscle relaxers and pain pills for my condition. Before care, I did not have much energy and too much pain for activity. I had to quit Karate because of the pain.
After my first five visits, I was already feeling better; but now I feel great! Before my chiropractic care, I thought I would never feel good again...that the way I felt must be because of aging. Now, I feel wonderful! My weight is down. I have renewed energy and I am returning to Karate. I began chiropractic care with Sheely Chiropractic on August 2, 2004. I was suffering from pain and weakness in my arms and wrists and severe migraine headaches! Before coming to Sheely Chiropractic, I had been experiencing these problems for 4 years. I made an appointment with my family doctor before going to Dr. Sheely. I ended up canceling the appointment because the “therapy” Dr. Sheely is doing is working and I don’t want to be on medication. My normal life was interrupted as I couldn’t lift hardly anything, couldn’t sleep, could hardly fold laundry, couldn’t pass ball with the kids, couldn’t pick up my “little ones” without pain. I had severe migraines…3 a week…I couldn’t function!!!
I noticed a difference after my 2nd adjustment. The problem I have is in my neck, which is probably causing my severe headaches. My family members have also noticed a difference in me. Chiropractic care has made such a difference! And I have not had one migraine since I’ve started seeing Dr. Sheely. Now, I can do a lot more. I also sleep better. I feel better about myself since I can do more. Also, I won’t be having any more headaches! About Dr. Sheely and the staff…honestly…I was very scared at my 1st adjustment. Dr. Sheely was super and very upfront and honest with me! All of the staff is always nice and willing to help. It’s nice to know that your chiropractor tells you that he is praying for you! I entered Dr. Sheely's office for the
first time on November 23, 1999 due to pain in my right side, groin and leg. I
had suffered with these problems since 1991 when I had my kidney and gallbladder
surgery. I have seen three doctors and two
surgeons because of the pain.
I had to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen to try to ease the pain. It was impossible
to stand or walk for long periods of time. Even standing and walking for short
periods of time were very painful. The results of chiropractic care became
apparent after just the first week. The pain was reduced considerably. I think
chiropractic care makes a lot more sense than treating and covering up symptoms
of pain like medical doctors do. Dr. Sheely and the staff are all very caring
and professional. Marla is my favorite but that's understandable because she is
my granddaughter and that makes doc my grandson! He's Great! -- Gardner Bishop |
